Nearly every community group in the Second District knows the name Donna Sievert. She's kept operations running smoothly in Supervisor Jacob's busy office for over 12 years. Donna first began working for Supervisor Jacob as an administrative assistant and quickly became a legislative assistant. She has served as office manager for more than ten years. A long-time East County resident, Donna was active in the La Mesa Adventist Community Church. She served as a Deaconess and is a past clerk of her church board. Donna is a graduate of the Personnel Training Institute in Omaha, Nebraska. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, interior decorating, and gourmet baking.
