As Chief of Staff, Jeff is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of Supervisor Jacob’s office. In addition to overseeing the District 2 staff, Jeff handles intergovernmental affairs, human resources, the County Technology Office, SDCERA, legal matters, labor issues and the overall legislative strategy of the office. Jeff has over 13 years of County government experience, with a focus on improving public safety and the region’s fire protection system. Jeff is a graduate of the University of San Diego, with a degree in political science. He and his family live in the community of Bay Park. In his free time, he enjoys hockey, golf and hiking.
